Important to retreat before moving ahead, says Manoj

There is a saying - a small step back, a giant leap forward and Hindi movie actor Manoj Bajpayee too believes that it is essential to take a few steps back before taking a "big leap" in life.

"Sometimes going back a few steps in order to take a big leap is always advised, no ego there. Let the world have their perceptions," Manoj posted on his Twitter handle.

Last seen in "Satyagraha", the 44-year-old is known for his performances in films like "Satya", " Zubeidaa", "Pinjar" and "Gangs Of Wasseypur".
