Ahana's wedding: Will Sunny and Bobby attend?

Ahana Deol's marriage with fiance Vaibhav is fixed but it is not known whether step brothers Sunny and Bobby will attend or not. They did not attend Esha Deol's wedding. The invites for Ahana Deol's wedding have one unique feature - Tree Of Life. Hema Malini, who's fascinated by it, says, "This is a symbol of green and growth. The tree stands for protection. In our culture, the man symbolises the tree, and its branches and leaves are women and children."

The invitation card, with a vintage look, is said to have been conceptualised by both, the bride and the groom.The functions begin tomorrow with the mehndi ceremony at Hema's bungalow in Juhu. This is said to be a slightly private affair with only the family's relatives and close friends in attendance.

The wedding and the reception, slated to be grand affairs, will be held at a five-star hotel near the Mumbai international airport on February 2. They will be attended by high profile celebrities from all walks of life. The Bachchans, Kapoors, Sinhas, Khans and many others from B-Town have been invited. Considering Hema and Dharmendra's association with a national political party, a number of heavyweight politicians are also expected to attend.

Since Vaibhav's family is based in Delhi, another reception will be held at their farmhouse in the capital on February 5. While Sunny and Bobby Deol will be invited, it remains to be seen if they will attend the celebrations. They were absent at sister Esha's wedding and Dharmendra was upset when the mediapersons covering the event asked him about Sunny and Bobby's no-show.
