Salim Khan's political overtures

While Salman Khan indulged in a bit of kite flying with Narendra Modi earlier this year when he was in Gujarat for the promotions of his film 'Jai Ho', his father Salim Khan released the Urdu website of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Prime Ministerial candidate.

The event held yesterday at Khan's Bandra home had BJP's Shaina NC and Zafar Sareshwalla in attendance. Incidentally, Shaina has a close rapport with the Khans.
